Based on this idea, within the Antalya Tourism Fair (ATF) ATF Youth – Youth Tourism Summit’We are bringing this to life. ATF Genç is not only a platform aimed at bringing young people into the tourism sector; it also aims to be a collaborative movement that places young people at the center of the decisions, ideas, and projects that shape the future of tourism.
We see young people not only as the future employees of the sector, but also as the world's most dynamic and influential traveler group. It is impossible to build the future of tourism without correctly understanding the travel habits, expectations, and experience preferences of the new generation. Therefore, ATF Genç aims to understand and bring together both future tourism professionals and future travelers on the same platform.

In recent years, the decline in young people's interest in the sector, the increasing difficulty in accessing qualified human resources, and the changing career expectations have brought about a significant transformation. Yet, young people are also the fastest-growing, most frequent travelers, and the target group whose consumption habits are changing. ATF Genç addresses these two realities on the same platform: while bringing young people into the sector, it also brings the expectations and behaviors of young tourists to the forefront.
